About Newbrook Public Library

We receive paperback bestsellers monthly and have an extensive selection of children's books, young adult fiction, adult fiction, magazines, videos, and a wide range of non-fiction spanning a broad variety of subjects.

Our membership with Northern Lights Library System enables access to numerous rotating collections including large print books, theme collections, and audio books.

We have four public use computers that allow access to the Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. There is no charge for use of the computers.

As a member of the Alberta Library we issue The Alberta Card as our Borrowing Card. This card allows our patrons to borrow and return books at any of the numerous member libraries province-wide.

If you are unable to locate the book you want within our collection, be sure to inquire about our interlibrary loan services; or search, place a hold, or renew your books at: www.tracpac.ab.ca If your title is still not available from this source search public and academic libraries across the province at: www.talonline.ca Press "REQUEST this item" button to place your hold.

If Genealogy is your thing, be sure to stop in and access our " free" library edition of Ancestry.com to answer all your questions.If you are new to this , there is help available , just ask.
